Locked up iPhone 3G
Funny thing just happened. I picked up my iPhone 3G and pressed the home button to turn on the screen, and I slid to unlock.
It was in the standard phone app, which I had used earlier today. There was this lock icon in the status bar, which I was not able to get rid of. It was quite annoying, really. It would not go away, and all I could do is fiddle in the phone app (go to voicemail, dial-pad, contacts, etc.). It was impossible to go to the home screen, therefore in any other app.
I shut down the device and started it again. It was then stuck on a frozen home screen. Could not even get anything from the multi-touch interface. Alas, I reseted the device and it came back to life.
